This is a stunning pair of late 19th Century Bohemian opaline flashed and gilded crystal portrait vases.
The crystal vases are profusley decorated with exquisite foliate gilding, are of tapering baluster form with flared necks and raised on ring turned circular spreading bases.
The oval panels are superbly enamelled with finely painted bust profiles, one of a lady of fashion and and the other of a lady in peasant dress.
