Waaaaaaahh! Like, WAAAAHHH. I cannot beliveve that FINALLY I am uploading a video. You know when the whole world just gets in the way of everything you want to do? Well, yeah, that. Bleurgh.

My laptop got a virus that wiped ALL files, which then spread to my external hard drive BOO. I downloaded the new version of my old editing software – Videopad. It had totally changed and turned from something usfull into something that made me want to claw my own eyes out. I bought Sony vegas Pro, which seems good but it is NOT a walk in the park to work it out, oh no siree. I can’t do subtitles, titles, overlays – nuthin’ I’m rubbish at it but, I have been trying to edit this for days now and the more I watch it , the less confident I get about it so I have just got to get it up here because otherwise it’s going to go into the recycling bin and that;s just a ridiculous waste of time
This video contains the most simple & easy hairdos, meant to be done when you are in a super rush in the morning but still need that ‘vintage feel’. You may have seen it all before, but, maybe not so, yeah, hope you like it!

Hair isn’t the most important thing in the world but, sometimes knowing you have a super cool ‘do’ can make you smile and that can only be a good thing right?

Welcome to Vintagious, here, in my own litttle corner of Youtube I will show you how to create beautiful hairstyles from all eras. Sure, my main focus is on simple vintage hairstyling but I also love easy modern styles.

I don’t have a favourite era, it changes all the time. One day it’ll be Edwardian hairstyles that I’m all over, the next, pinup girl hair, the next I’ll be all about Greek Goddesses and their crazy Barnets! I just love it all!

I do hope that you enjoy my videos and that you can learn something from them, even just a tiny bit – and, even if you learn nothing I hope that they make you smile.

Welcome to a new episode of the Pin Curl Diaries, where I document my journey towards learning how to create the perfect authentic vintage brush out hair style. In this video I’m going to follow a pin curl pattern from the 1950’s.

Sophiscated and sexy simple but stunning updo for any occassion. Great for proms, parties and formals but also cute and funky enough for something a little more casual. This retro updo will get evryone asking how you achieve it. You can either tell the truth – that it took 5 minutes and 10 pins or say that you got it done at a salon – it will look that good! (not that I advocate lying you understand – tak, task, task)

BECOMING YOUR OWN JEWELRY DESIGNER

It’s always good to be crafty. You can make some cool thing for yourself anytime, and also you’re never mixed up when it comes to making presents! Every girl loves jewelry, no matter how old she is. Today, I invite you to the world of hand made jewelry! Pendants, earrings, bracelets – learn how to DIY them all!

Let’s start with a color-changing pendant. In order to make it, you’ll need a metal setting, color-changing paint and a glass drop. Put them all together, attach a chain and enjoy your mood pendant. You can also melt some wax crayons right inside the metal setting, cover it with resin, and create as many stylish pendants and earrings as you want.

A simple paper clip can serve as the base for very cool earrings. Use some threads of your favorite color and wrap the paper clip into them. These stylish triangles are good for everyday wear. Check out some more cool jewelry ideas with threads.

A hot glue gun and colored paper work together perfectly when it comes to making cool accessories. Check out out heart-shaped pendant tutorial and see everything yourself.

Recycling and upcycling may save this planet one day. You can join the recycling movement and create cool accessories just out of simple empty bottles. Plastic is a great material for making jewelry.

You can make a lot of impressive bracelets using pins and glass beads. Just check out our cool tutorial on those awesome bracelets and get one for yourself.

Another awesome idea to try is homemade crystals. Can you imagine that you can grow your own crystals at home just by using a few basic chemicals and some patience. After growing them, you can turn them into jewelry.

A Very Vintage Lookbook | 3 “Winter Pin Up” Outfits!

Views:8|Rating:5.00|View Time:4:15Minutes|Likes:3|Dislikes:0
Hello beauties!! In today’s festive little lookbook I’m showing you three gorgeous, wintery vintage ‘pinup’ outfits. All of these would be perfect for a festive soirée, whether it’s a New Year’s Day meal, a New Year’s Eve dance, or a date! The wonderful thing is that even though these outfits would be gorgeous for seeing in the most festive midnight of all, there’s nothing too definitively festive about them so they’re perfect all winter long! As usual, I’ve linked as many items as possible in the description. Some of the lighting is slightly off because I had to film when it was dark outside, which my camera very much does not like, but I hope it’s still enjoyable. Let me know what your favourite outfit is!
