Dale Irby: Teacher Wears Same Photo Outfit for 40 Years: Gym instructor wears the same groovy Seventies outfit in school yearbook photo for 40 YEARS. After a good long career in education, Dale Irby has retired. And so have his groovy shirt and sweater vest. In every school picture for the past 40 years, Dale wore the same 1970s-era polyester shirt and coffee-colored sweater.
And let me just say he aged a whole lot better than his clothes did.
It began as an accident — a product of his sparse wardrobe back in the day.
I was so embarrassed when I got the school pictures back that second year and realized I had worn the very same thing as the first year, said Dale, 63.
But his wife, Cathy, dared him to do it a third year. Then Dale thought five would be funny. After five pictures, he said, it was like: Why stop?
So he just never did, right on through this, his final year as every kids favorite physical education teacher at Prestonwood Elementary in the Richardson school district.
Dale and Cathy, 62, met in 1973 as first-year teachers at Titche Elementary in the Pleasant Grove area of Dallas. He remembers getting the announcement that school-picture day was coming and that teachers should wear something nice.

In this photoshop soft lighting effect tutorial i will show you how you can transform any regular photo into a photo that you see in fashion magazines.
This is simple and yet most popular effect around the web right now. Many people have been requesting this for long time and i have already done effect like 3-4 times and will make even more effects like this. This also follows the same steps like other videos, first we apply an adjustment layer then even more adjustment layer and then even more until we get the effect done right.

First open photoshoot image and convert to black and white using channel mixer.
Go to adjustments – select channel mixer – choose monochrome option.
Adjust blue and red sliders to control the amount of detail and contrast in the image.
Now add matte faded look using levels adjustment.
Drag black output level slider to the right and white to left to apply matte style.
Add vignette effect to draw viewer attention to the center of the frame.
Add black solid color fill adjustment.
open layer style blending options.
Select gradient overlay and choose black to white gradient.
