  1. I have a vintage skirt too but it doesn't have an elastic band nor a zipper rather buttons straight down the middle. Have you made a tutorial for this type of skirt? If not, could you show us how to tackle this project.

    Also how did you add the ruffles? Gathering is not my strenghtn and it would be great to see how you go about doing that.
